Terms of use

The service

Clonr is a technical tool. You paste a publicly shared MEGA link, and Clonr mirrors the files it points to into a temporary cache so they can be fetched as plain direct downloads. Clonr does not host a catalog, does not index or promote content, and has no knowledge of what any link contains until a user submits it.

Acceptable use

You may only submit links to content that you have the legal right to access, copy, and distribute. You agree not to use Clonr to:

• Mirror or distribute content that infringes copyright or other rights
• Mirror or distribute content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours
• Abuse, overload, probe, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Bypass rate limits, bot checks, or any other protective measure

Your responsibility

Every mirror is created at the request of a user, from a link that user supplies. You are solely responsible for the links you submit, the files you download, and how you use them. Clonr acts as an automated conduit and cache. We do not review, endorse, or claim ownership of any content that passes through the service.

Takedowns

If you are a rights holder and believe content mirrored through Clonr infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the link and proof of ownership. Verified requests are removed. We may also remove or block any content or link at our sole discretion, at any time, without notice.

Temporary storage

Mirrors are cache copies, not storage. Cached files are automatically and permanently deleted after 24 hours. Clonr is not a backup, archival, or hosting service, and we make no promise that any mirror, link, or file will remain available for any length of time.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, speed, and data integrity. Files may fail to mirror, transfers may be interrupted, and the service may change or disappear at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clonr, its operators, and anyone involved in providing the service are not liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, and any claims relating to content mirrored through the service. Clonr is free, and our total liability to you for any claim is zero. Your only remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clonr and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from the links you submit, the content you mirror or download, or your violation of these terms.

Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, or update these terms, at any time without notice. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
