Quick answers about how Clonr works. Anything else, ask us at [email protected].
Files are kept for 24 hours, then automatically and permanently deleted. Clonr is a sharing cache, not storage: if a link expires, paste it again and we re-mirror it.
No. No bandwidth caps, no download quotas, no IP throttling. Share a mirror with as many people as you like and let them pull at full speed.
We fetch the files through a cluster of residential proxies, so MEGA's per-IP transfer quotas never pile up on you or your audience. The files are then served from our own cache as plain direct downloads.
Up to 300GB and 10,000 files per link for now. If your folder is bigger, split it into smaller links. The limits may change as we scale.
No. Clonr has no accounts at all: no username, password, or email. Paste a link, get a mirror.
Nothing that can be tied to you or your activity: no traffic logs, no DNS logs, no IP logs, no bandwidth logs. For extra privacy, use Clonr over Tor or a VPN. See the Privacy page for the full picture.
Only you. It lives in your browser's local storage, never touches our servers, and disappears when you hit "Clear all" or clear your browser data.
